Alexa Reviews of 10 Blogs that I Read – Part 1

Getting a review of your blog on the Alexa website is believed to have positive effect on the Alexa rank. So, I thought to make some reviews of those blogs that I frequently visit and thus came up with the first batch of reviews. Following are the 10 blogs that I reviewed on Alexa, and am planning to come up with another batch soon, am already working on the next lot as I have a big list so those that are left out, I will get to you soon.

If anyone wants to return the favour, you can review Tech Nascent at Alexa or those that missed out and wants to get into the next round of blog reviews, please review my blog and mention it on the comments, and I will add your blog in the next part of the review.

Tech Cats โ€“ Rajesh Kanuri, is one of the speed commentators on the net and runs the blog, techcats, which is a technology, blogging tips and social media targeted blog. Rajesh is an engineer off line and is from Hyderabad and his passion and hobby is blogging. Techcats is a sweet and simple looking, clean and clear thesis theme enabled wordpress blog, with good navigation and high quality content. I have personally followed his blog for some time and the content is engaging, and I also like the fact that he welcomes his readers and commentators on his blog and also actively comments on his readerโ€™s blogs. On tech cats, donโ€™t forget to check out his services page, where Rajesh provides services like setting up blogs or doing seo on them.

Freemanlegacyllc – freeman legacy llc is a cool blog that covers social media and web2.0 stuff, which also includes technology, blogging tips, and various how-tos and make money online stuff. However, we should not forget that itโ€™s a personal blog of Ms. freeman and thus it covers personal posts about how she stepped into the blogging world etc. About Ms. Freeman, she is a proud mother and a happy blogger ๐Ÿ™‚

Rahul Buzz โ€“ Rahul Buzz or tech buzz as the blog is called, is a technology targeted blog with tech and web2.0, apple, computers etc. related articles. Rahul is also an active commentator, so if he knew that your blog exists he will surely try to get active with your community.

Gupshupblog – Sunil Jain, is a very active blogger in the blogosphere and runs the gupshupblog. Sunil, apparently just 19 is not just a good blogger but is also a great commentator; I would be surprised if you havenโ€™t found him on the top commentators list of some of the famous blogs out there. The Gupshupblog was started back in the late 2008, which is an entertainment focused tech and internet blog, with categories related to blogging tips, tech, internet and web2.0.

Ileane โ€“ileaneโ€™s blog is a free hosted wordpress blog with high quality content which is not just information rich but is highly communicative too, it connects with the readers in a great way. Ileane is a very active bloggers and I have found her blog on every blogging community I have visited or been active of. The blog talks about the technology ad web2.0 stuff and other internet related things, though her social media interest is truly admirable.

Techpp โ€“ techpp or technically personal as it is known is a tech focused blog, with technology targeted how to guides and information. Techpp is run by Raju who is a very active blogger and bring out high quality articles on his blog. Techpp makes technology simple, so that with rajuโ€™s personal touch, it actually becomes easier to understand technology for the non technologically active guys.

Hellboundbloggers – S.Pradeep Kumar, a computer science student at the moment, is the owner of the hellboundbloggers. This blog targets the technology niche with blogging and make money online related articles. The other topics that the blog covers is the tech tips, various internet related lists and wordpress tips and tricks. Hellboundbloggers had the origination from the blogspot free hosting system, finally got the domain in the early months of 2009, apparently its one of the leading blogs of the blogging tips niche.

Extremejohn โ€“ extreme john is for me an A-list blog, with high quality articles and has equally good conversation on the comments section, to say the least; it has a very talkative and active community. About the extremejohn blog, itโ€™s not really based on a particular niche, though most of the articles are about blogging, web2.0, tech and social media focused, but overall the blog covers a lot more topic and is quite a personal blog of john.

Shoutmeloud โ€“ Shoutmeloud is the fastest growing tech and blogging tips related blog with one of the most active and happening community. Harsh Agrawal is the guy behind shoutmeloud, a professional blogger, and when I say professional I mean a fulltime blogger, from Delhi, India. Shoutmeloud covers various tech topics which include internet, computer, make money online and blogging tips and is possibly the most frequently updated blog I have seen so far.

Wassupblog โ€“ wassupblog is a great example of a blogging community where comments are valued a lot more, perhaps even more than generating income. Wassupblog is run by an Australian guy, Sire, who not only values comments and building a community but is always ready to give a lot more to his readers in return for their time spent on his blog and is also working on atleast 9 blogs at the moment which are all connected from his primary blog which is wassupblog. The blog is a technology focused blog and covers a wide range of tech and internet topics.

Will be coming with more reviews shortly, please feel free to subscribe to my feeds and retweet this post or promote it in any other way, thanks.
