HTC has officially announced the launch of HTC Tattoo, a low-end android os based phone for the European market, scheduled to be launched somewhere during October. It’s a seriously low-end phone with 2.8-inch QVGA that is, 240 pixels by 320 pixels resistive touch screen. Also a measly 3.2 mega pixels camera dose not add much value to it.
