How to Capture Full Page Screenshots in Firefox

There are 3 simple ways to capture screenshots of web pages in Firefox. By capturing a screenshot you can save the media of the webpage, into a picture format, in your hard disk. Also, if you have a printer you can keep off line copies of your blogs and websites and show it to your family and friends. Lets start with the basic methods of taking screenshots.

Print screen – Press the print screen button on your keyboard. This will save the image of the things that you can see on your monitor. Now open your very own Ms. Paint and click on the paste option. Save it on your hard disk, if this is the first time you are doing this, then I can imagine your thrill.

Full Screen screen shot – Open any website that you want to take a screenshot of. Then press F11 on the top of your keyboard. That will show a full screen view of the website. After that, press the print screen button on your keyboard, open paint and paste it and save it. Another way to do is to go to view – zoom out the page so that the whole page fits into the visible screen and then take the screenshot.

Firefox Addon – the full screen option won’t help you to take a picture of a page that scrolls a long way down. For this I use a Mozila plugin which is free of cost, pearl crescent, it’s good and free.
