HTC has officially announced the launch of HTC Tattoo, a low-end android os based phone for the European market, scheduled to be launched somewhere during October. It’s a seriously low-end phone with 2.8-inch QVGA that is, 240 pixels by 320 pixels resistive touch screen. Also a measly 3.2 mega pixels camera dose not add much value to it. Over all the phone has every thing on the lower side except for the price, which is about $469.99 that is 20k INR.

The device features includes a Qualcomm processor 528MHz, 256MB ram and 512mb rom. It has 3g, gsm, gps, Bluetooth, wifi, Digital Compass, 3.5mm stereo headset jack, FM radio and expandable microSD memory so that you won’t have to run out of space. The features are pretty much ok for a lower end phone.

The best part of this phone is that it looks cool and is completely customizable; if personalization is high on your requirement then htc hero and htc tattoo is just for you.
