November Earning Report and Interview on Speak Bindas

I have earlier promised that I will post an income stat soon so here in this post am giving November earning report. November was pretty much regular and in this cold weather i tried avoiding the extra work, so the income is mainly contextual, $350 adsense + $200 infolinks + $200 sale and services. But before I get into more details of it, let me first talk about my recent interview which is available at speak bindas. Just a few days back I got an email from speakbindas about an interview opportunity, and i quickly replied that am very much interested in it, after all its my first interview 
Now back to income reports. My services website is currently under construction, am doing some changes to it and introducing new services but more on that later on another post. So, since the services are temporarily suspended, the income is mainly from contextual and some ad spot sales.

Info links is going great for me, its bringing me the most important kind of money, the paypal money which am spending for improving my online business. Infolinks pays a lot more than any other kind of intext advertisement network like kontera which pays way to less, so those of you still using kontera, it’s high time to change to infolinks as soon as you can.

However, i would like to add that adsense really do not have any alternative, it pays the most, but info links is something that compliments adsense in a good way.

not much of a pro, i still have a long way to go before i can say that, also just went through your blog and it looks good, you have great articles and am sure with time it will be a big success. Once you complete your collage you will have a good blog to work on even harder
What you told is right, Adsense has no real alternatives. i have worked with infolinks once but i thought that it would be irritating the readers. Recently i have came across too many site which use infolinks but none had made any irritation to me as a reader. So, i’ll surely try it.

all intext ads has slow loading problems and info links too take up a little time to load, but then adsense and analytics code also dosenot loads quick anyway… so over all it all effects the loading speed, and about the irritation and distraction of the readers, yes i agree that ads can be frustrating for the readers and that’s why there is no ads on tech nascent so far, but my other blogs has ads and sooner or later i will have to decide on the advertisement options for tech nascent too, we all bloggers have to take this decision some day

Come on man, I cannot believe your stats. 350 from adsense? Wow that’s huge. Even harsha agarwal earns 250$ every month with adsense.

exactly Rahul, and shoutmeloud is on a tech/blogging tips niche, so i guess the cost per click will be low for him… though tech blogs earns a lot from private ads sales that other niches usually don’t…

If one talks about adsense cant earn much from his blog. So i avoid.
yep surely, these days everyone that can’t make money online starts a, “make money online” blog.
however, i must say, its not hard to earn, just have to keep working at it,

hi Rajesh,
tech blogs dosenot really earn a lot from contextual ads unless they are really established, and that’s why i have not monatised technascent so far, am planning to do it at a later stage and will suggest the same for your tech cats, all other blogs of mine which are on a different niches are usually monatised by now…
however, i would just like to add that the bigger rectangle ads works a lot better than the small banner you are having on your blog, so you can try that and see the difference

Recently i saw many top bloggers using Kontera. Either they are getting premium fix rate eCPM or kontera is performing better? What you think as compared to kontera.

i like to monatize tech blogs late too
How many blogs do you have? And traffic stats and niche etc?? and how old these blogs. This will give us good picture.
i got quite a few niche blogs, some 10+ but at this point i won’t go into the details… however, the traffic fluctuates and the earning fluctuates too, if i stop posting in those then the traffic goes down and so dose the earnings, the bottom line is, we have to keep working hard on our blogs
i wonder how many hours you work on those blogs?

yep, countless hours of work, 15 to 18 hours a day… but then we all have the luxury to outsource our work if the pressure is too high, or we are busy with other things… however, mostly, i like to do my stuff all by myself

am using info links on some of my other blogs, will talk more about those later in some other posts
Well I have tried & stopped using Infolinks, as its irritating most of the time for me, and I don’t want it that way for my readers. I’m practicing direct ads in a way. And I did enjoy some good bonus along with Adsense. Surely I’m unwilling to reveal my earning at this point until its atleast worth speaking:). May be a few thousands. Too greedy:) it may seem. Though all the best Uttoron, I was here to congratulate you on the interview. Nice words dude.
Anyways my reply to India 365 is – man Harsh is a blogger who writes on Blogging related niche. Trust me, Adsense sucks in that arena, thats a world of a affiliate & niche marketing or just direct ads. He is earning a lot from those. Adsense is a guru in the tech arena, or if you had reached a count of 5k uniques per day try Tribalfusion ads, they are even better than Adsense.

yep, infolinks or any other intext ads can be a bit bad from the user perspective, and that’s why i have not implemented them here on tech nascent, though on other niche blogs am using them…
we all want to earn a lot, us bloggers have huge dreams, though atleast good thing is that we all are also working hard to reach our goals, am sure you will reach your $1000+ month goal soon

Yep, i will post some niche blogging tips in later posts, am planing on it. About the info links, many friends of mine are good with infolinks but then you need good niche blogs to make money out of contextual, tech/blogging niches don’t work with contextual…
First of all, Congratulations for your earnings, and I hope you will be earning a lot more in the upcoming year.
Even I want to see those figures in my adsense and infolinks… I have traffic, I have good content, I still can’t figure out why my earnings are too low…

intext or not, contextual only works good on niche blogs, the tech niche is not that great for adsense and infolinks… go niche and you will see good stats from contextual networks

I tried Kontera, but it was terrible. No earnings, or very little… and slow… I’ll try infolinks soon.
Also, I don’t think that it shoud bother my readers, because sometimes they don’t see a difference (if done right) between normal link and the one from infolinks.

you are right, for normal users, ads = further reading resources, and if its contextual then its always related resources. I have never had complains from any reader about infolinks or any other ads being disturbing… though for tech nascent its still early days, i would put ads on a later date when the blog is more popular.
About kontera, surely kontera is poor in all ways, loading/cpc and infolinks beats kontera by a huge margin. try infolinks, it pays lot more than kontera
